Sadly announcing a passing. Of a refrigerator.

It is with sadness I have to announce that one of my earliest and favoritest meh buys has met it’s end. Oh sure I liked my Cheerson mini-copters but my heart belonged to my Nostalgia mini-fridge, she was my prize and she knew it. Sadly even it’s steely shell could not survive our winter flood. It served cold drinks cold dammit, and with flair. My wife, long a skeptic of crazy ass deal sites, was converted. She sniff even learned to love the little guy. If I look hard enough over the horizon I think I might catch a glimpse of plastic chrome as it gets a chance to play with all the other appliances on the hill.

I’ll miss you buddy.

I work for Gerdau Fargo Recycling & we recycle hundreds of refrigerators every month. Unlike most facilities, we don’t charge for the service. So, if you’re anywhere near Fargo, ND (Why would you be??) we can provide a proper, soldier’s funeral for your beloved. And who knows…maybe it will come back to you as another product you can fall in love with all over again from Meh.com!! (More likely end up as re-bar though…)

- Also, I recently bought this one to take to work with me. Got the stainless version, which they’ve put on sale a bunch lately, for $69.99. I specifically wanted this one since it doesn’t have a freezer. In my opinion, the freezers in mini fridges are just a waste of space.

- @cinoclav Thanks for the heads up! Picking one up tomorrow. It’s not a replacement but beats what I do since the old girl gave up the ghost. I wear baggy cargo pants stuffed with Diet Dr. Pepper and crushed ice.
