What I’m hearing though is that this is the version that requires a wire with power, yes? For that reason, I’m out.
I’ve been watching the listings for this model for a while. Unlike some newer ones, it should be able to use an existing doorbell’s transformer and chime, which are both requirements for me. I’m still not sold on shackling myself to a lifetime of subscriptions to really benefit from it, though, so I remain on the fence.
