Q: What’s your return policy?
A: If it’s damaged, defective, or just DOA, we’ll either refund or replace it at our discretion. Just fill out our support form and tell us all about it.
We DO NOT accept returns if you just decided you didn’t want it, don’t like the color, or just feeling a little buyer’s remorse. You might try eBay - with as cheap as you probably got it, you could even end up making a little off it. Or hone your reputation for generosity by giving it to someone a little less picky.
@Limewater@ybmuG Yes. As long as you don’t open it. You have two options to refuse a package that was dropped off while you were away. One-take the unopened box to the post office. Two-go online and request a pick-up of a ‘return’ item. I did the latter but now I’m worried that Meh won’t refund when they get the package back. I’d hate to be out $60 plus the instant cooker. I’d rather keep it and list it on Nextdoor or give it to someone for Christmas.
@Gypsigirl213@Limewater@ybmuG That pretty much screws over the vendor. I have had vendors tell me to refuse a shipment I made by mistake but I wouldn’t do it unless they approved.
@Limewater@MuddyG@ybmuG Seems like you judge others without having all of the information. Don’t judge my decisions. You don’t know what they are or why I have to make them.
@Limewater@sammydog01@ybmuG Customer service told me to refuse the package. I didn’t even know it was a thing until they told me about it. And why is everyone so quick to jump on people around here?! Jeez. Judge much?!
@ChadP Yes, customer service advised the refuse package option. I didn’t even know that existed until they told me. And thank you for asking ChadP instead of judging me. Truly. Thank you. You’ve helped restore some faith in humanity.
@Gypsigirl213@MuddyG ok, let’s drop it. Customer service was contacted and told her to refuse the package. This is not a thing that is common. Customer service okayed it, so it happened.
@heartny never was a fan of Lima beans. I was at a restaurant months ago that had some cooked with an insane amount of ham and they were tolerable. I only had a few. Never ordered them after that. I don’t think I want my Lima bean hate to die.
@carl669@RiotDemon I hated broccoli too, as a kid. Then of all people my mother-in-law served it with cheese sauce. I ate it to be polite, and liked it. For one thing, she steamed it and didn’t overcook it like my mom (and other kids of the Depression) did. Ever since, I have loved broccoli.
However, the effort required might surpass your threshold.
Locate another pallet, or two, or three, of the product, buy it, insert your purchase in the pallet and offer the whole lot to the Meh Purchasing Department at an agreeable price that also covers your original purchase price.
P.S.: since you don’t have VMP or Member status, your choice on whether you wish to cover the original $5 shipping cost in this transaction.
Anyone?
Wow, you’re impatient. You can’t return something because you don’t like it. I guess you could ask nicely. No I don’t work here so don’t ask me.

@ybmuG But wait, what happens if you refuse the package delivery? Will I be out of the item and the money I paid for it?
@Gypsigirl213 @ybmuG You can decline delivery for packages that don’t require a signature?

@Gypsigirl213 @Limewater @ybmuG Seems like you made a poor choice.
@Gypsigirl213 @Limewater @ybmuG That pretty much screws over the vendor. I have had vendors tell me to refuse a shipment I made by mistake but I wouldn’t do it unless they approved.
@Gypsigirl213 @Limewater @ybmuG why did you buy it if you didn’t want it?
@Gypsigirl213 Did you write in to CS about the return?
@Limewater @MuddyG @ybmuG Seems like you judge others without having all of the information. Don’t judge my decisions. You don’t know what they are or why I have to make them.

@Limewater @RiotDemon @ybmuG It was a mistake. People make those sometimes.
@Gypsigirl213 @Limewater @sammydog01 @ybmuG
it’s not a normal thing. If you contacted CS and they said to refuse, no issue.
@ChadP Yes, customer service advised the refuse package option. I didn’t even know that existed until they told me. And thank you for asking ChadP instead of judging me. Truly. Thank you. You’ve helped restore some faith in humanity.
@Gypsigirl213 I wasn’t jumping on you- like I said I’ve had customer service tell me to refuse a package. That’s cool.
@Gypsigirl213 Perfect. It will get refunded when it arrives. Thanks!
@Gypsigirl213 Seems more like you return things without having all the information. Peace, and good luck.

Looks like @ChadP got this handled and we’re all set.

What did you hate?
@RiotDemon Anyone?
@RiotDemon broccoli for about 39 years, then i randomly started liking it.
@carl669 good job.
@RiotDemon Lima beans. Although mom always said not to say “hate”, so I strongly dislike them.
@heartny never was a fan of Lima beans. I was at a restaurant months ago that had some cooked with an insane amount of ham and they were tolerable. I only had a few. Never ordered them after that. I don’t think I want my Lima bean hate to die.
@carl669 @RiotDemon
I hated mayonnaise.
I still hate mayonnaise, but did, too.
Apologies to the late Mitch Hedberg.
