@LeviOhPlz sounds great. We have one close to us that I’m trying to get my wife to take her caramel corn to. Of course, she’ll have to develop a garlic caramel corn…
@LeviOhPlz@unksol She successfully created chili pepper, so garlic shouldn’t be too hard, right? I’m really thinking a roasted garlic would be a good base.
@LeviOhPlz@unksol you mean the chili pepper? Can’t sell it out of state (LONG story - thank you NY!) but if you pm me your address I’ll send you a bag. Mild or hot?
This looks awesome @ybmuG! Thanks man! This really brightened a dreary day for me! You keep this shit up, there’s gonna be the clop clop of hooves sounding in your house!
Reminds me of the time I sprinkled garlic powder into the hiking boots of the bullies at summer camp while they were sleeping. Thank god I was in another bunkhouse. I can only imagine the stench when they got back from hiking all day.
and if you have never used one… this is my favorite “single use” kitchen gadget. They were available at the DollarTree for $1 for a package of 2 last year and became one of my stocking stuffers/work gifts for every one I knew. Beautifully peeled garlic in no time with very little effort.
@ybmuG more like lack of what would be common choices. Not much thought goes into them these days I’d guess. Now we get to see if they are going to sell a garlic press sometime in the future. LOL
@Kidsandliz@ybmuG which is why we don’t accept meh in our food production. We only take this abuse here cause we like them.
I made a typo in the original that said we don’t except “me” in our food and we don’t tolerate them. I probably don’t taste very good and idk what @narfcake or @thumpechick taste like so I might be correct either way
I can’t find the source but I once read if a recipe calls for any cloves of fresh garlic, at least use 3 if it suggests less or there’s no point. I’ve found this to be a good rule.
Depends on the size of the clove. If they are skinny ones I would use more. Also depends what is being made and what other ingredients their are. We like garlic in my house, but don’t want to only taste garlic.
“1 clove garlic” is understood to mean “per serving”. Same with “1 tsp cayenne pepper”.
40 clove chicken. Oh and whole roasted bulbs. Yeah. Garlic.
1 clove is just enough garlic to piss me off.
@therealjrn me too
@therealjrn @moonhat Ladies and gentlemen, behold Meh’s vampires. (But don’t invite them in.)
Is that for a kid’s meal?
1 clove = 1 whole garlic.
Garlic isn’t something you measure! You have to feel it.
Speaking of feeling it…I’m hoping to head here for the holiday weekend:

@LeviOhPlz sounds great. We have one close to us that I’m trying to get my wife to take her caramel corn to. Of course, she’ll have to develop a garlic caramel corn…
@LeviOhPlz @ybmuG I’m strangely intrigued by the concept of garlic Carmel corn… I want to try some. You should try and get her on that
@LeviOhPlz @unksol She successfully created chili pepper, so garlic shouldn’t be too hard, right? I’m really thinking a roasted garlic would be a good base.
@LeviOhPlz @ybmuG where do I sign up for one of her?
@LeviOhPlz @unksol you mean the chili pepper? Can’t sell it out of state (LONG story - thank you NY!) but if you pm me your address I’ll send you a bag. Mild or hot?
@LeviOhPlz @ybmuG no the maker of said delicacy. Unfortunately there’s probably only the one
@LeviOhPlz @unksol ha! Yes!
/giphy there can be only one
@LeviOhPlz @unksol Or Two?
This looks awesome @ybmuG! Thanks man! This really brightened a dreary day for me! You keep this shit up, there’s gonna be the clop clop of hooves sounding in your house!
POPSOCKETS! ROAD ROCKETS! SONNY CROCKETT! AWESOME!
WORKER BEES! HERCULES! TURKEY GREASE! AWESOME! @mediocrebot!
VAN GOGH! MANGO! TANGO! AWESOME!
@therealjrn glad it arrived safe. Hopefully the heat didn’t do it too much evil. Can get chewy.
@ybmuG Nope, they’re both in good shape, still fluffy and tender.
If you can’t smell it coming from your pores, you haven’t had enough.
Over 9000!

There is no such thing as “too much” when it comes to garlic!

@chienfou Nice!!
No one will kiss me in the morning anyway. Put it all in
Where is the choice to not use any cloves??? I hate garlic.
@Kidsandliz there definitely does seem to be an unscientific bias to the surveys lately, doesn’t there?
@ybmuG more like lack of what would be common choices. Not much thought goes into them these days I’d guess. Now we get to see if they are going to sell a garlic press sometime in the future. LOL
@Kidsandliz That, or they are really just embracing the meh in survey production.
@Kidsandliz they just know you’re wrong
@ybmuG If they were accepting meh in food production then no spices/herbs of any kind would be used.
@Kidsandliz @ybmuG which is why we don’t accept meh in our food production. We only take this abuse here cause we like them.

@unksol
/image cannibalism
@Kidsandliz are there clowns in there? I don’t like them they taste funny
@unksol If there are just cut their noses off and you’ll be fine. Oh, you might need to add garlic (then I won’t eat it for sure).
Great. 1 giant spoonful of the pre-chopped stuff it is.
@bocoroth You beat me to it. I commend you sir.
@bocoroth @zinimusprime Or several large spoonfuls…I’m not sure of the clove to spoon ratio…so more is better right?
@amehzinggrace @bocoroth @zinimusprime when is it not
18272826363636 cloves of garlic compressed into a 1x1x1 cm cube
@jerkatron In other words, like Nibblonian dark matter. Got it!
