Yes, I recently bought a Fossil Point rose that is quite delicious and not a bad deal for $50 for 6. I’ve had one bottle so far, gonna work on the others soon haha.
I also bought a North by Northwest Reisling that was a steal at $60 for a case of 12 and was AWESOME. I’m waiting for that deal to come back around.
I don’t tend to buy their expensive stuff as you can see but give me a mediocre wine at a great price and I’m in.
I was out of town when it came so my daughter stashed the box in the closet where her air conditioner is. She lives in Florida, so that closet stays about 55 degrees 24/7.
I forgot about it until a couple of weeks ago and MAN! was that a happy (re-)discovery!
Yes, multiple times. Really enjoyed the Twisted Oak mystery box, as well as the Scott Harvey zinfandels. Recently purchased a bunch of cava on a Friday special. My sophistication is roughly 1st percentile relative to those active in the community.
@lehigh Well you did good for a 1 percenter.
Give Pedroncelli and Ty Caton a try. And Stillman Brown makes some good juice too. If you’re looking for some other names to try.
Twisted Oak made some good zins and The Wine that shall not be named was a pretty fun drink too.
I’ve purchased several times, and have only had one that I didn’t really like. Not that it was necessarily bad, just that I didn’t prefer it. Favorite recent purchase was Marvelous Blue South African Red Blend. Exceptional–Has a 93 Point rating on the label & I wouldn’t disagree!
Last month bought the Hawley Winery Viognier (used my PastaDrop coupon), very pleased with it. Recently ordered the Vigo Cellars Mixed Whites & Rosé, but that is still “Processing”.
I’m not much of a bibber, but like to have some on hand, so ordered the MEH CELLARS MIXED SET and ANNE AMIE VINEYARDS MIXED WHITES. The mixed whites got some compliments…

PANS! GLANDS! CRAYONS! AWESOME!
@MrMikenIkes I have bought 2 different varieties of the North By Northwest whites also and LOVED them!!
I got a 4-pack of Prima Materia Primitivo that was totally on-point.

No!
But I have whined plenty in the forums!
Nope.,… Alabama has a no-ship law so I’m not allowed…

Not yet. I wonder if they will ever have K Vintners Syrah…
