{PSA} New feature of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 - Explosion!
6Really though - these phones are actually exploding. If you have one, turn it off.
(While the number of confirmed faults of the Note 7 battery are few, Samsung is erring on the side of caution.)

I thought perhaps you had a video of your own to share. Glad I was wrong.
@OldCatLady Nope. The only thing my HTC One M9 does is drop wifi for a few days after every damned update.
@Thumperchick I’m still using my M7. Considering finally upgrading to the 10.
@Thumperchick My old HTC Touch Pro 2 had problems maintaining a WiFi connection. Damn you, HTC!
Just took mine to best buy to exchange for the recall.
hot tip I was able to keep the charger, headphones, and Gear Fit 2 which I received with my Note 7. I then received a $150 BB gift card and Samsung VR with the purchase of my Galaxy S 7.
FREEEEE STUFFFFF
@connorbush AT&T required me to turn in my charger… even made me drive all the way back home for that.
Funny that when the charger fails, it’s an accessory, but when they say you can keep your accessories and turn in the phone, the charger then becomes an accessory…
I’d rather be back on the N7 compared to the crap that is the S7… I hate this phone… Cheap, overheating, feature-lacking POS.
@DarkHuD i wanted the htc 10 but best buy didn’t have any
@DarkHuD stops being an accessory*.
Typing while tired is dangerous, kids. Friends don’t let friends post without proofreading.
@DarkHuD
what is ths “proofreaing” of which yu speuk?
/giphy proofreading
From the /Android subreddit asking people to name features which even someone well versed in Android stuff may not know.
Batteries are fun!
@ELUNO
As Steph Curry would say these phones are Fire!
@cranky1950
I have a few SmazonFire phones, bought on the cheap.
(They do a decent job reading Kindle books aloud, I love this and I don’t think normal Android will do this.)
But my Fire phones don’t have this special added feature. No wondered sales bombed.
/giphy bombed
/giphy Drew Barrymore firestarter
So it’s the new go to phone for terrorists and firebugs.
the most important question is how soon will Apple file a patent infringement suit over this?
No the question is how is Samsung going to try and blame Apple for this feature?

AT&T is not going to be selling the replacement Note 7 anymore.
T-Mobile as well
