Someday, perhaps I will find one that is palatable and free of crap I don’t want, doesn’t require power tools to reduce it to chunks that can be chewed, and won’t try to remove fillings. Today is not that day.
Battle Bars. 8 different flavors. Best tasting bar I’ve ever had and I’ve tried them all. No aftertaste. ~200-230 calories per bar and 15-17 grams of protein depending on flavor. Also veteran owned if you’re into supporting veteran owned businesses.
I don’t really go for protein bars. The Pro Bar meal bars were great for those loooooong bicycle rides.
Why?
@mycya4me Why ask why?
@mycya4me @yakkoTDI Why not ask why?
@mycya4me @yakkoTDI try bud dry
@mycya4me
@phendrick @yakkoTDI I agree why NOT ask Why!
@jitc @yakkoTDI is that a Beer?
@mycya4me @yakkoTDI That’s the claim they make.
@jitc @yakkoTDI well I don’t want one!
These aren’t bad
@lonocat ah, candy bars with a bit of protein
@lonocat too much whole almond for me
I actually like a simple PayDay… Peanuts in bar form. I’d like them more if they replaced the caramel with dark chocolate.
Butterfinger
@tweezak Now that is more like it! or a Kit Kat!
@mycya4me @tweezak Have you had the Ghost Toast?
@tweezak @yakkoTDI Nope But I would be Willing!
You mean like a meat stick? Just make it smokey with a little spice.

Someone asked me once if I wanted a protein bar.
I said, “No whey.”
