We like a mellow @Pavlov vintage, properly aged, properly corked, properly stored, and properly “smoked”; with a hint of spices, serious underlying complexity, and perhaps some tabasco or habanero flavor notes.
And once in a while, the Doors of Perception should burst asunder, and @Pavlov should come out swinging.
