@thewynner I’m not a huge fan of the sound, but
I have a set of Jabra moves. They’re a similar on-ear headphone, so they have all the downsides people complain about here. I don’t find them uncomfortably tight on my ears and i have a big fat head. At one point they were wirecutter’s favorite. I saw them listed for $44 on some deal site somewhere within the last week or two.
They’ve held up for about a year, probably longer, seem good as new. Battery lasts 10hr+.
I just received and returned these, come broken out of the box. Even if they were not broken yet they require preferential,bordering on gentle… possibly even lover-like treatment.
@mgquinlan I just bought a pair from Woot and one side was broken. Was so excited to see these because I like the look and the reviews I read earlier seemed promising but if yours were also broken…
I’m not easy in my electronics so I don’t need something I have to baby. Too bad, these are even less than the other pair.
I think by now, all long time members have realized, if meh.com has a product, it is either way outdated or seriously flawed. I have not been interested in a product for over 2 years, really don’t know why I keep looking!

@tomdina Same here. Both earcups came completely detached. It looks like bad adhesive, and the little black plastic pieces holding them on are too weak. There are two per cup, and all four arrived broken.
First arrived with left ear cup detached. Replacement arrived with right cup detached. I wonder if I can rig them both into some kind of working frankenheadphone.
I submitted a request because the headphone are broken and I haven’t head a thing about a return label, or replacement,

@NormBallard Meh was extremely helpful in my case. I contacted them, got a robo-response saying it could be a few days. Then in a few days, as promised, they responded saying they were sending a replacement, and a new $0 order showed up in my orders, with tracking info. I honestly expected more mediocrity.
Support responded to me this morning… Apparently a lot of them were broken due to the way the shipper packed them. They’re sending me a replacement unit, and they said it will be packed better.
Disappointed with Polk Audio no response on the return or replacement of the broken headphones. Ordered from Morningsave after seeing this product on the Steve Harvey show.
1st set arrived with a broken left ear cup.
Requested a replacement.
2nd set arrived with a broken left ear cup.
(both were in sealed boxes with OEM packaging, just a poor design I suppose).
Requested a refund.
Refund arrived in perfect shape!
Not happy with the product but very happy with the customer service. Nice job meh!

Mine also arrived broken. Support helped me out and is shipping a replacement, but my hopes of them holding up for long are dwindling.

Same - 75% earbud mounting failure rate (3 of 4 cups across two headphones were broken)
