Please refund VMP membership fee.

I have 2 meh.com accounts.
One is connected to Amazon and the other is connected to Google.
On December I received 2 months free VMP to Amazon connected account.
I thought I was using that VMP for buying today's deal but it wasn't.
I've cancel the order and VMP, so I want refund $5.
The account is artrayu at gmail.com.

If you canceled the order, and the vmp - the refund should show up when they process that.

So wait - you got a free VMP for 2 months - now you've cancelled the VMP and want them to give you $5 as a refund for the free VMP they gave you?

- @ilovereality No, they have two accounts, one of which has free vmp. The other has vmp they paid for. They thought they were using the account with the free vmp and realized afterward they had used the second account. That is the account they are asking for a refund on. But yes, your advice to email support is sound.

- @ilovereality I think they mean that they have 2 accounts - 1 of which got free VMP. They accidentally used the other account and bought a product, and paid for VMP - realize it, canceled it, and want to make sure their VMP is refunded, too. (What @PurplePawprints said.)
