They suck at about everything-overall timely delivery, delivery between intermediate points, timely and accurate reporting of where your crap is, and your stuff looks like an elephant sat on the box it came in.
My order arrived at the Pitney Bowes facility in my town 5 days ago. It arrived at the post office today and will be delivered tomorrow. The whole shipping process should have taken that long!

Hmmm, let me check. I bought an 8-pack of the Monster screen-cleaning kits on May 15th. It was delivered to the Pitney Bowes facility in Greenwood, IN on June 2nd.
And that’s apparently the last time anyone saw it. I think you may be onto something here.
No idea where my IRK is-was supposed to get to me today. Last seen on the 10th it was either coming or going to Grapevine, Texas. No even sure there is even such a place. Think it is the place the say packages are when they have no idea where they are.
2 packages stuck at their facilities - headphones haven’t moved in 10 days and my IRK is at its 3rd Pitney stop - my brother got his IRK over a week ago and he lives about 2 miles from me.
@madamos They had been working with a company called Newgistics, who presumably offered a better deal on eventually getting stuff to your local post office than UPS and FedEx did with similar services of theirs. I heard in a different thread that Newgistics recently got bought out by Pitney Bowes, and from the looks of it, their operation was subsequently gutted.
Like everyone else my IRK is stuck in some Pitney facility in Indiana it’s been there since June 4 my last package I just got today had been there since May 20 they held it for a full month from the time that they took it from meh
Mine is trapped in Greenwood like many other people’s are although it said it was to be delivered yesterday (15th). How I don’t know since Greenwood is a good 800 miles away. Of course today it is still in Greenwood and again said it was to arrive today (16th). Nope. Down the time column it now says invalid date for each day. Been sitting there 11 days.
Clicking on it from the orders page gets me times and that it is Greenwood, IN. Then clicking on the top of the page that comes up (eg goes to USPS) all they have is awaiting item in Grapevine, TX since 12 days ago.
When I click on “view tracking page” (on PB) all it says is “We’re working on your order!”. This is less information than before.
And when I click on track a package on the bottom of their page it tells me “No package with that tracking number found” despite the fact that you can get at it using other urls.

And it gets better. Looks what it says today. Now it has arrived on the 6th, 17th and 18th. What the hell did it do? Sneak out of the warehouse and have to be dragged back and checked in again?
@Felton10 They’ve got to be looking for a new shipper, but it takes time, and most shippers are probably running at or above capacity and won’t be quick to take on a new contract
WTF-can someone explain what is the difference between delivered and arrived-evidently 7 days.

I have two packages stuck at PB in Bloomington CA. One since 5/30 and the other 6/8. Let’s see which one will arrive first. :p
