OK, is there anyone around from Customer Service that can help??

I'm a loyal meh'er. Kickstater participant, have bought a lot of disappointing things and have learned too much about Glen. I also became a VMP with my first purchase and have been using it every month. I just went to order a bunch of NINJA Wallet things and it says I need to pay $5.00 shipping or join the VMP. I never canceled my original VMP. Seriously, can someone get back to me asap, I want to order these but I'm not getting charged twice for shipping.

If no one answers, order what you want before the clock runs out, then contact halp@meh.com or go to support and contact them that way, tell them the problem and then have them refund the $5 and fix that you don't show as VMP.

- @somf69 Yes, halp@meh.com is the customer support email. Did you change your credit card info? That may have caused VMP to not re-up. I would just order, and let @hollboll help you straighten it out tomorrow. I highly doubt she's answering emails right now.

- @hollboll already done. I haven't changed anything, that's why I was wondering what was going on. I bought at least 3 things this month and didn't have to pay for shipping and then tonight it asked me to pay for shipping.
