I just switched phones and noticed that the TrackR app didn’t carry over, I wonder if I can manually transfer it over to my new phone. I don’t see it listed in my account in the play store to install either. the original Flappy Bird game is still associated with my account and re-installs on every new device I set up, but TrackR isn’t listed.
@lonocat@remo28 well, I managed to get the apk file installed on my new phone, but something I didn’t realize…you need to log in to an account to use TrackR. It’s been so long since I installed it, I forgot I had to create an account to use it. I put in my info but my login is failing, I guess I won’t be able to use the official app any longer after all.
Some fellow mehmbers noted here that the SwiftFinder app can track these.

@WhiteKenny I had the same problem when I got a new iPhone last month. Since it’s not in the App Store I couldn’t get it back.
@remo28 @WhiteKenny if you have AT&T, they have a mobile to mobile transfer app, that might let you transfer the app
@lonocat @remo28 nope, I use Google Fi.
