Nightly text

I used to get texts every night, as soon as the new product was up on Meh. Something happened with my cell phone, where I have, all of a sudden, stopped getting daily texts from a few different places. I have looked around the site, and haven’t been able to find where to sign up to receive those texts, so maybe I can reset it or something. Anyone know, do I sign up somewhere on the site, or is there a short code I need to text to get them started again? Thanks!

I don’t think meh ever did texts. You can follow them on Twitter and have Twitter text you.

Yeah you must’ve been doing it via Twitter, try texting follow WeAreMeh to 40404 … and/or send stats and see what it says. (You don’t need a Twitter account to do this.)

- @awk After doing that for @wearemeh, I get a text for every tweet from everyone I follow on twitter. Annoying.

- I didn’t know about it until I saw it on mehstalker.com. But then I noticed Twitter started bugging me to do it with other accounts I follow.

- @Stumpy91 That’s weird… there’s a “mobile notifications” flag for each account you follow which controls both text messages and iOS/Android notifications, should default to OFF for most of the people you follow. I’ve had situations where I followed a corporate account and they somehow forced their notifications flag to default ON but never seen it where all the accounts are turned on.
  
  (I should mention this is older functionality of Twitter that’s like 5+ years old so maybe it’s all different now. I haven’t used the text message features myself recently.)
