new and easy way to see @mentions without email

so I noticed the filter thing on the profile page (not sure if very mediocre beta or everyone yet) and you can uncheck all but mentions and presto you can then reply/star/ignore to all of your mentions even if you have email notifications off... super handy.

I turned off mentions some time ago. I learned they were usually because I did something bad.
