I ordered a queen size air mattress some time ago and have sent two emails to which neither one has been answered. How do I get my money back or my product?
On a more serious note: Customer Service is usually pretty good.
Have you gone to the “My orders” and picked the mattress and said “I need help with this” button. Have you also verified it’s not just stuck in transit. They usually ship with Pitney Bowes which can take over a month to reach your house.
If you ask the delivery service where it is, they’ll probably say they need to sleep on it and get back to you in the morning.
