My new roommate might kill my dog??

When I first heard about my new roommate, I was pretty excited! She likes soft-jazz, spending time at the park, and basket weaving for the less fortunate. However, when she arrived this afternoon, my dog could sense an evil presence…and I think she could sense that the dog could sense that she is evil.

When I asked her for her first and last months rent, she gave me a coffee scented/stained piece of parchment! How much change do I owe her back??
