Multiple failed deliveries, no customer support
1Warning! Warning! Longtime fan and customer, but please be careful in your purchases from this site. My last three orders did NOT arrive at my house and were marked “delivered” by Meh. Yes, they were delivered. Delivered BACK to their warehouse due to a mailing label issue. It’s impossible to get in touch with customer support; I sent several emails (interesting no phone support). Glad I didn’t buy the $449 electric bike, though if my other THREE orders came through and-or I heard answers from customer support, I might have. I’m not a happy customer anymore. WTF is going on?

Sorry for the frustration, but from what I can find, it looks like you messaged us on April 10th, and one of our agents got back to you the same day explaining what happened and that the returned order had been refunded. It was for a MorningSave order, though, and for whatever reason our MorningSave support address has been going to a lot of spam folders the past month or two.
I could only find another message from this Friday and one from the last hour otherwise, though.
We’re a little behind, but should get to those soon.
Like… They’re Limited staffed due to covid19… Like… You got your money back… Like I think you’re lying about being a fan… If you were a real fan, you’d be blowing cold air instead of hot air…
