No, Irk, it DOESN’T bother you more than it should! It’s a nasty, horrible phrase, and not even that apt. There are far more ways to do other, more reasonable things - more than one way to build a wall, maybe - but damn, that phrase is just disgusting!
I have skinned a (fully grown) cat at the same time about 6 others were simotaniously being skinned in the same room. So I can assure you it’s a true statement…
Oh maybe a little background so I don’t get reported to the authorities. It was Senior year AP Biology. That was our disection project for that quarter. One of the groups of 4 students in each class was chosen at random and they got to skin and disect a pregnant cat… pretty crazy, huh?

@sicc574 the worst part about it was drawing straws at the beginning to figure out who got to bring their pet in…(not really how we got the cats)
