Someone (when I flagged the 4 of you on this thread) saw that and fixed it (again thanks to whomever it was). The explanation is in the email (which I presume will eventually rise to the top of the pile - so I sent another one thanking folks for being so quick). Someone redacted part of a post, removed the one here that referred to the issue and so now all is good in the kingdom.

They’ve made several comments about being backed up. Sending multiple requests make it worse. It seems it takes almost a week right now for replies.
