@PlacidPenguin If you’re in the healthy range, medium should be comfortably just a little loose. I have some pounds above my waist, hence I buy large, but medium should be my size.

The lighting was bad when I took this picture. The T-shirt has yet to be worn or washed.
In reality, the t-shirt is contentedly dark navy (without any fading).
