Meh offers drink can deposits now‽
14I went to my usual Thai restaurant for lunch, but today I had a coupon for a free coconut juice.
As I sat down and was about to open the beverage, I noticed that in addition to California suggesting an undisclosed cash refund could be coming my way, Meh was offering me a whole 15¢ for my can!
How does one go about taking advantage of this fabulous offer?

Welp. Appears there is only one thing to do. THIS IS A CALL TO ARMS>>>> send meh all of your empty cans. go, go, go ! Move out!!
Gosh. I read the can completely wrong. I was wondering what was MEHI
I hypothesised it was similar to NEHI but didn't taste as good, but heck it's only five cents.
@DrunkCat I love that they used the same song for that.
@jqubed I didn't even realize there was that ending.
@DrunkCat Wow, I don't know what happened, but I posted that after seeing a clip of Homer Takes a Picture of Himself Everyday, which used the same music from that video that went viral a few years ago. I wasn't sure how it related until toward the end he kept drinking so many cans of Duff they built into sculptures behind him that a frustrated Marge would then cart away.
@DrunkCat This video:
Maine offers the $.05 so my theory is that Me is for Maine and HI for Hawaii. It has to be right cuz receiving tons of empty cans sounds terrible.
@denboy Stop trying to save yourself and prepare to receive millions or billions of cans!
@jqubed In that case I'll get a partnership underway with a local recycling facility. New business model?
@denboy You mean a business model in which meh sends back 15 cents for every can received, to which they can collect 5 cents a piece on?
@narfcake Even worse than the $.05 per can, we'll probably only be able to get bulk weight prices in Texas. Although since many recycling programs here are rackets we may be able to strike a sweet back room deal for some govt funds.
@denboy Oh, so instead of losing 10 cents a can, you folks stand to lose about 13 cents a can?
But surely, that can be made up in volume, right?
@narfcake Volume will probably be a key ingredient of our seedy agreements so yeah, let's ramp up that volume.
