MEH NEEDS TO STOP SELLING IF THEY CANNOT FIX PROBLEMS
0I am sick of meh using Covid as a reason to not answer my complaint regarding the iJoy speakers. They do not work, are trash. Not packed properly, sent with the hyper gear speaker I ordered but charged 2 shipping charges. They were thrown into a plastic bag loose, not padded, both boxes crushed. And I have sent three complaints. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Buyer beware.

Usually their customer service is great, I had an issue with those battery banks a while back and they shipped me a replacement, but it took a bit for a response.
Just be patient and they’ll get you a refund

We’re really behind because we’re actually support for all the Mercatalyst sites and overall we’ve had a higher volume of orders in the past month or two than ever expected. This paired with the pandemic has caused all kinds of delays and shenanigans as things get situated.

@sammydog01 The pasta hasn’t been much of an issue, really, outside of some dumb coupon stuff.
It’s mostly been shipping services slipping under the dual strain of CoViD precautions and a really high volume of shipments, because, surprise! People order more stuff when they’re at home and stuff is closed or restricted.

@ThomasF I recently moved across the country only to find the job that I had planned to transfer to changed their mind (due to Covid) and I can’t get unemployment because I technically resigned my old position. I got excited when I learned that Mercatalyst is literally right down the street from my new house, but the only jobs posted are for buyers and I’m probably not qualified for those positions

Unfortunately, most people who don’t like what the government is doing, want even more government to fix it.
