meh isn't responding to my support request?
0hello, hope everyone is doing well. i am new to meh. i recently made my first purchase. it was listed as “new”. i received a “used” non functioning item. i submitted a support request, but after a day or 2 it was no longer showing up in my account and i never received a response. i resubmitted the support request and again after a couple of days my support request disappeared without a response. there doesnt seem to be any other way to contact anyone for help. is meh known to be a shady site or is there some sort of technical issue with the site? any advice would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

That’s so weird, last night I was commenting on another thread and my phone slipped out of my hand and when I picked it up the comment was gone but I was still on the same page. I must have hit a couple extra button along the way.
