Meh fantasy football help
0As a member of the begginer (b) meh league I am turning to you, forum, for help. I don't need team advice, I need help with ESPN.
I'm trying to understand all these stats/charts, but EVERYTHING is an abbreviation. Is there a cheatsheet or something that can explain what all these 3 letter codes mean?

This is kind of a stupid web page as it appears cut off on the side. Just scroll left or right. This should help.
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2128923
Don't know why they couldn't fit it on one page without a scroll bar. But it is ESPN and it a stupid site (JMHO)
@mfladd As a professional web developer, I concur with your analysis that it is a stupid site.
@MrGlass the big question is did this page help you with your question?
@mfladd Possibly. havent had time to sit and look, but a quick glance made it seem like most of what I wanted.
@mfladd Took a closer look today. Seems like that covers some detailed stuff, but not the basics. I'm still clueless what half the stats on the main team page are
Some of these are obvious, or at least seem so. Other though, I find enigmatic (PRK? %ST?)
@MrGlass I look at Proj and ignore the rest. I hope it means projected points.
@sammydog01 That has been my strategy
@MrGlass PRK Is the "Position Rank".. I think.. It should represent how good they are at their position throughout the league.. The best WR will be #1, etc. %ST is the percentage of team owners that started that player this week. Meaning that the player is not on the bench.
@kadagan Was looking at that with one of my "experts" from work. Peyton Manning had a PRK of 32 though... i'm not really into football but I'm pretty sure he is better than that.
@MrGlass I'm pretty sure the PRK is based on fantasy performance to date. Prior to Thursday night, his rank really should have been that low. It will be better now, though.
Is there a page that tells what position scores how many points for doing what? I tried but couldn't find it.
@sammydog01 this link is for your Beginner B League
http://games.espn.go.com/ffl/leaguesetup/settings?leagueId=1952242
@mfladd Thank you!
@sammydog01 Yep! Those can be adjusted per league. I haven't touched them, though I'm considering abusing my manager privileges and boosting the TE points to take full advantage of Gronk.
@sammydog01 Also, in the mobile app, you can click on a players score to get a breakdown of how it was calculated. Super helpful.
Go against mfladd. Easy win.
@DrunkCat Thought I'd ping him for you. ..@mfladd (ping!:) )
@DrunkCat excuse me! I am not the one sitting at 0-2 oh, inebriated feline!
See @MrGlass? @mfladd can't even count! I'm going 1-1 in the goat league and 2-0 on MehIntA
@DrunkCat ha! you are. I confused you with drunkcajuns, but you are still below me. teams with the same record are then ranked by points for (pf)
@mfladd Blah blah blah this is all I hear:
@DrunkCat them be the rules! ;) p.s. I loved that episode.
