meh.com access problems with FF 37+
3If anyone else is having issues getting on meh.com with the latest version of firefox, here's the workaround.
Open a new tab and goto about:config
Once there, search for tls
find the security.tls.version.fallback-limit preference and change it from 3 to 1
enjoy meh.com on FF, or don't, whatever.
Details:
It seems that FF tightened up security in the latest update and the sysadmin over at meh has been rather meh about keeping their systems up to date. If you would like a more detailed description, load meh.com in chrome, then click the little green lock icon on the left of the address bar and select the connection tab in the resulting popup. They'll tell you all about how meh.com is using old software.

OBSOLETE
fighting words
@altuser Yea that damn sys admin.... no wait, that's my job... :(
Works fine on IE. Try using a real browser.

GUIs are overrated. You should switch to Lynx.
@NigelF make sure you patch the web server while your at it. https://technet.microsoft.com/library/security/MS15-034
@altuser Take care in how you tell others to do their jobs, @shawn might get jealous. That said, Microsoft did it's job in ensuring that we were minimally impacted by this bulletin. Thanks for the heads up just the same.
Wait. Isn't the point here on Meh to sell the prior version of whatever so it can be a deal?
. . . So shouldn't it be expected the engine room would be running a big ol' obsolete 4 barrel Cleveland 351 V8?
. . . And likewise that we would be running an old previous version of Firefox?
I cry fowl or foul or something on this whiny string!
