I’m only slightly perturbed by the fact that when I ordered one of these before and mine arrived broken, I was issued a refund instead of sent a working one. I was under the impression there were none left to replace damaged orders, but this listing obviously shows otherwise. -shrug-
1st one came super fast, DOA. Messaged meh about they sent out a replacement.
2nd one comes , also didnt work. Messaged meh again waited 3 weeks ish for first ones replacement (at this point ive gotten two of these things that were doa)
But i really want this thing so i wait hoping that third one (the replacement for the first order) will work and i can replace the two broken ones ive already got…
3rd one took forever. It finally arrives, DOA too.
I was going to drop it since at this point they’ve done a lot. refunded one, and sent out a replacement for one (none of them worked , but meh tried their best ). That said i also thought this was going to be one off deal, not that a bunch more people are going to get shoty wands that never work
TLDR Paid for 2 . Got a total of 3 all DOA.
Meh has fantastic customer service.That said i would love to know if anyone got a good one
@deenK I was wondering the same thing!! 3 out of 3 sure as heck sounds like operator erra to me. Did you checked to see if the cord was plugged in while charging, or did you even charge ot at all before trying? I will agree with you on customer service, they ARE top notch, the best!! out!!
@Lynnerizer They dont charge. They plug in through micro usb or 4 AAA batteries(i tried both) They have a bright blue power on led on the side. I agree, I assumed it was used error too.

The UVC light would intermittently turn on, if you flexed the hing, or slightly twist the sides.
2.I opened one up and found that the power wires that leads to the bulb had a short (it looks like the way the wire pass through the hing puts a lot of strain on it). Basically tore the thing apart. the others had similar issues (if you flexed the hing in a certain way you could get the light to turn on). My problem is its a UVC light and i’m not really trying to go blind fiddling with the thing. Plus you have to hold it flat so while doing all of this (twisting the hing pressing the sides etc ) i also have to hold flat.
I even thought maybe it had a capacitor or delay so i just left open and flat powered on. Several minutes later ,nothing.
Thats also why i said " i would love to know if anyone got a good one".
I dont know, Did you buy one ? 12 bucks and you can come back and tell me what i did wrong.
@deenK I really, REALLY wanted to get one, been looking at them for months. I truly think this is one of those things when you get what you pay for! Especialy since ive just read how you’ve disected the thing. Lol Sounds like YOU’VE put enough time and effort in for the both of us. I’m gonna pass! out!

1st one came super fast, DOA. Messaged meh about they sent out a replacement.
