Lots of questions for Meh concerning the two IRKs in one month

Since people were still getting IRKs up to the midnight hour on April 1-assume there were still some left when it ended. Is that correct? How many IRK’s were grabbed on April 1? And did the number of IRKs on April 1 affect the number available for the methathon? Usually there are over 2,000 IRKs during a methathon and I counted only 3 for a total of approx 750. Inquiring Minds Want to Know?
