Looking for earbud advice

I’d like to get some high quality wired earbuds. I looked on Amazon but am wary of getting knock offs.

Let me quantify what I mean by high quality

  • tangle free
  • wired well, does not lose sound in one ear
  • will last for several months
  • microphone can be used and is clear

As far as sound quality… that doesn’t matter as much to me. I have reverse slope hearing loss so anything that has bass doesn’t matter to me because I can’t hear it and can’t discern the quality of the bass.

I felt that the ear buds that came with my galaxy phone in 2019 met these qualifications but Samsung does not sell 3.5mm jack earbuds. I’d be willing to buy the USB-C earbuds if I could confirm they’d work on my old phone (that does have a USB-C port and a 3.5mm jack)

Any suggestions for either
where else to buy or
specific bud recs?
