5For anyone still interested, the Anthony Bourdain documentary “Roadrunner” is finally (ALLEGEDLY) going to be airing on CNN tomorrow night, Sunday, from 9-11:30pm & repeating at 11:30pm. It’s still on the schedule & the anchors are still promoting it today, so maybe it’ll actually happen this time. I’ll believe it when I see it. Or not.

I think if Anthony Bourdain were trying to catch the Roadrunner, he’d have put out something better than birdseed

I’ve had this thing scheduled to record for so long and I just keep seeing it pushed back. I’m hoping it still records.
@Star2236 Ikr?? I was beginning to lose hope! It actually aired in the 9pm slot, but they didn’t repeat it at 11:30 as listed on the schedule, so i hope your recording worked at 9.
I had it scheduled for 11:30 bc I had things recording at 9. I don’t think it did bc I don’t remember seeing it when I turned my tv in this morning but I’ll have to check when I get home. What a shit show!
@Star2236 That sucks, but you might have another chance coming up. I saw it in my list of scheduled recordings earlier but deleted it since i have it recorded now, but when i do a search, it’s not coming up, so that usually means a discrepancy in the schedule or it’s too far in the future to come up in a search. Hopefully if you keep it on your list, it’ll pop up again

@Star2236 FYI, I just noticed CNN is advertising that they’re planning on repeating it at 9pm on Saturday, 4/16, but the schedule is currently showing it from 10pm-12pm, so who knows. The one they just aired ran for 2.5 hours, so maybe if you manually set it from 9pm-1am, you might catch it… Or, they might decide not to air it at all. It’s a crap shoot!
They always pull this shit, it’s so annoying!

I have it set to record on Saturday, we’ll see if it actually does. Hopefully I remember to check during that time.
@Star2236 Here’s a new wrinkle: as of yesterday, Dana Bash was promoting her special that she claims is set to air Sat at 11pm, so that presumably narrows down the timing…?
