Hi Jdub! I guess that answers the question about more speaker docks. So who bought the light strings?
@sammydog01 Two different Buyers from two different vendors… so far!
@Jdub Don’t tell IMAP Jake- he’ll be pissed.
Cool video. If you all ever do more about Mediocre’s business operations, I’d be interested in hearing about the wholesale side of the company.
@lljk
John has a pretty cool job.
@therealjrn I second that
New-ish user here. What’s the context behind “speaker docks”?
@jawshark87
Simply put: they had a ridiculously high inventory of them, and almost every other week they sold them.
@jawshark87 someone not named John bought around 80,000 jbl speaker docks. Around 60,000 were sold wholesale. Meanwhile meh.com sold speaker docks every Friday for over a year and managed to sell the resT
@jawshark87 some say there are still some hiding out in the meh warehouse complex…
@jawshark87 and that’s how we became popular in South Korea.
@thismyusername There’s still some hope… But @galmaegi seems to like crushing it out of me…
@sohmageek Time to move on… https://meh.com/forum/topics/farewell-to-jbl-micro
@galmaegi
@sohmageek is having a really hard time with that concept. (Not even actually doing it; he doesn’t get the concept of “letting speaker docks go”.)
