Lasagna
3I have this 3 peppercorn lasagna. From my fav gourmet pasta place (no, not pasta drop)
Trying to figure out the best type/recipe of lasagna to make with it. Haven’t had this pasta from them yet, but others you can definitely taste the herbs and spices they add.
So thoughts?
pastadrop makes me want pasta and of course, it’s not here yet

I’m guessing something with a white sauce instead of red would be tasty.

read the idea of cheddar instead of italian cheeses, that didn’t float my boat this week.
also found one using white sauce and italian sausage
and another that used both a meat sauce AND a white sauce
so lots out there, just scrounging for ideas.
@RiotDemon Oh hell yeah - lasagna with chicken & spinach, a seasoned ricotta/eggs layer, and a plain (or slightly cheese-y) bechamel sauce - is excellent. And you can add extra veggies, squash, more greens, mushrooms, whatever you have/like (even sausage, if that floats your boat.) Awesome!!

finest kind!!! not the clinic and fish market (and some noods are available to buy on pastadrop if you get the reference, or even if you don’t)
I would cook individual sheets roll them around a ricotta filling and make rollitini
I would say chorizo and ricotta. Not sure if that’s a thing but I like em.
