@Euniceandrich I’m going to veto 132 right now. If we count individual pages, then shouldn’t we count the reusable packaging “storage.” And if we do that, we should count the binding on the pad. And then we should count the covers. Oh, I couldn’t find use for the disposable bit of packaging, so count that. And so forth. No, let’s keep the pad as one item with 60 pages. You were right with 73.
Meh, I still prefer journals/notebooks from The Custom Journal. They actually let you customize the inside pages. And it’s the same price as this. Thecustomjournal.com
I wonder if these pens are still “juicy”? I often find old watercolor markers dried out and somewhat useless. Do these have a shelf life? If so, what is the “born on” date of these markers?
@accelerator yes, they will be fresh and “juicy”! We have a return policy if it is not what you like but as a buyer I take pride in finding great product that isn’t dried out!
@accelerator Additionally, reviews say these are great brush pens, but not exactly watercolor pens, and using water with them will likely just ruin your art. Your efforts may yield better results but do share the art you make and let us know how they do!
@Citymars@ExtraMedium Being a professional artist DOES take talent, but it also takes PRACTICE.
Many kids (and adults) give up because they’re not ‘good’ right away - I wish more would just stick with it!
@Citymars@compunaut Very true. In my case, it was a great help to have an older sibling that I could copy. Imitation is a great place to start because you can learn most of the basics and then it become more about adding your own flair and finding what will be your style.
@Citymars@ExtraMedium My dad is an architect. As a kid, I spent a lot of time with pencils, tracing paper & lots of other (old-fashioned) tools of the trade.
Most of those ‘skills’ are never lost.
I procrastinated too long. I slipped up and didn’t grab it when I checked the site while falling asleep… ahh the meh curse. And to think I was gonna learn me some art
And I found this answer: Ideal for Wet and Dry Media, Sketching, Drawing, and Painting. Our mixed media pad is totally applicable for all artists – so whether you’re a beginner or an expert, get creating today!
Perfect for all wet media; watercolor paints, acrylic, ink-line markers, gouache and graphite, as well as dry media; colored pencils, charcoal, and pastels
This was a really good bundle… my 8th grade son came home with some fairly amazing pastel drawings and I thought this would be a great next step. It was.

About time you posted this.
Instead of calling this a King Art 72pc Fineliner… wouldn’t it be more appropriate as a 73pc King Art… Or even 132pc King Art…
@Euniceandrich This was my thought as well, but not everyone here can count so +1 to you.
@Euniceandrich, I was thinking the same thing.

I have mixed some media in my life. Turns out floppy discs and ZIP drives don’t get along too well.
is MEH attempting to draw the ire of other resellers?
@flem_john
Not sure if “draw” is a pun or if this is a serious question…

The poll suggests posting art here. How? Via URL?
@DonBirren You can always hit
and upload right into the post. But URL works as long as it’s not spammy.

I guess it’s about time to show my creative side…

I got excited for a moment but then I remembered I can’t draw, paint, or color worth sh*t.
@Citymars You can be anything you put your mind to! Except an artist…that takes natural talent.
@Citymars @ExtraMedium Being a professional artist DOES take talent, but it also takes PRACTICE.

I can’t either, so I sent a set to my Beautiful Granddaughters.

I procrastinated too long. I slipped up and didn’t grab it when I checked the site while falling asleep… ahh the meh curse. And to think I was gonna learn me some art
The paper says it is great for dry media - so how would it hold up with Watercolor Markers?

This was a really good bundle… my 8th grade son came home with some fairly amazing pastel drawings and I thought this would be a great next step. It was.
Why can’t I buy this? I don’t see that it is sold out.
@TerriFNP It was only being sold on March 10th.
I thought you could by it today on the Meh-athon
As long as it wasn’t sold out, you can buy it.
@TerriFNP You can buy anything offered today all day today if it hasn’t sold out. But just stuff sold today. And it ends at midnight.
This is generally a deal a day site.
