Was not expecting one of these so soon. I’m in Houston (about 8.5 hours from where I live). Good thing for the meh email as I otherwise may not have remembered to have checked meh. Have a biopsy in a couple of hours and may have totally missed out with as stressed out as I am. Last month I got very, very lucky and while that biopsy wasn’t a fun result, at least my second breast cancer hadn’t metastasized to my bone. If this one is positive it will be major cancer #4. Likely I won’t be adding much to my click face total much until later today (sob).
Hey meh gods I need one of those ice cream makers that were just sold the other day in my irk. Yeah yeah yeah I know. I’ll probably get more trackers, mac cases and cigarette lighter power plugs to add to my inadvertently rather large and growing collection of these things, despite giving away as many as I can to victims people I know.
@flourlover So far, knock on wood, things are stable. Still have my major scan Wednesday morning for my most current cancer (follicular non-hodgkin’s lymphoma - an incurable but long life span blood cancer) and the oncologist apt for that on Thursday. The check up for two past ones are that I am still in remission. Then they are watching two other potential new ones - the decision to biopsy was put off as that nodule had only grown a little bit and is still marginally under the size it needs to be to be biopsied so I was unexpectedly in luck with that. The other one being watched has also grown only just a little bit and is still about 5mm smaller than when it is usually biopsied. Yea!!). So all in all so far good news overall which is a huge relief and fingers crossed for the last things. I’ll be a lot less stressed out after the Thursday morning apt. Thanks for asking.
@brainmist@flourlover Finally done! While not everything is “normal”, nothing is “bad enough” to treat yet (or in the case of the one treat again yet) so I have been very lucky this time around.
