@RiotDemon No, I’m a huge fan of toffee. I especially like toffee surrounded by chocolate and nuts. The light brownish solid (you compared it to toffee, which is usually darker) is particularly bad.
Hey! Is that JoCo singing with you and dressing like a grandma? That reminds me, I haven’t even heard my favorite xmas song this year yet. Did I say overlords?
I feel like an idiot. Before listening to the song, I was like what the heck is “Truthers” (in my head I was pronouncing it as rhyming with “druthers” - a favorite expression of my grandma).
I am not sure if it seeing the word capitalized (or my association with my grandmother) was what obscured my ability to see the 21st century coined term for a conspiracy theorist.
@cottonmather One does not preclude the other? Anyway I could see maybe Bertie being an experiment, a kind of human(?) Rorschach discovering our celebrity man crushes.
More knives. Cups biggest rival for, “most crap on Meh”.
It’s a conspiracy!
Bravo! More Little Bertie and Hiram!
I didn’t realize the song you were referring to was a real thing. I was entertained and thoroughly confused.
@Pantheist how have you escaped hearing that song?
@RiotDemon My family growing up wasn’t religious, as an adult I have avoided Christmas songs like the plague.
@RiotDemon I’m also eating peanut brittle for the first time right now. I am thoroughly disgusted.
@Pantheist haha, which part is disgusting? I’ve had some terrible brittle in my life. I prefer pecan brittle that’s homemade. Do you not like toffee?
@RiotDemon No, I’m a huge fan of toffee. I especially like toffee surrounded by chocolate and nuts. The light brownish solid (you compared it to toffee, which is usually darker) is particularly bad.
@Pantheist the brittle I make is pretty much just crunchy toffee with some pecans thrown in.
@RiotDemon That sounds much better than what someone gave me.
I think I like this more than I should.

Chiron Beta Prime
@miko1 No, JoCo is East Coast and @matthew is West Coast.
I’m pleased you think I might know celebrities
@miko1 Never heard that before- Thanks!
So freakin’ good!
This is bloody brilliant! Bravo.

Now I am woke.

@DrWorm You’re not alone, I thought the same. My excuse is I haven’t had a full cup of coffee yet.
So grandma was not sleighed by the reindeer ?
Thank you for this opportunity
I knew it! First JFK, then fluoridation and chemtrails, and now this! How deep does the rabbit hole go?!?
Tell me Bertie isn’t the spitting image of the combination of Hollywood’s favorite John Cs: Reilly and McGinley
@borisparsley Bertie isn’t the spitting image of the combination of Hollywood’s favorite John Cs: Reilly and McGinley
@borisparsley He looks like Jude Law combined with Robert Redford. With a touch of Leonardo DiCaprio. And maybe overtones of Pierce Brosnan?
@borisparsley No?
@cottonmather One does not preclude the other? Anyway I could see maybe Bertie being an experiment, a kind of human(?) Rorschach discovering our celebrity man crushes.
If so? No shame.
@matthew So I have to memorize the words and sing along with my new puppet?
Of course not! You could use cue cards.
