It’s official…I’m old. My daughter got married last week. I’m a mother-in-law.

Good news, son-in-law knows not to mess with me. He found out I’m a good shot and a black belt. Then he met my husband.
He seems to be a good guy. It’s a shame, IMHO, that he had never experienced family coming from a distance just to help. I told him that’s what family does. He stopped trying to keep me from spending money to help them move.
