I have gotten (USA) an IRK every mehrathon since I signed up. Please, Meh, give an IRK to the first person who replies to this.

  The offer is only opened to new participants periodically, and unexpectedly, and with short deadlines.
  
  Right now you can get a Meh tat if you want, but no guaranteed IRKs will reward you for it.
