I legit tried wearing it for over a month. It works well as a watch, and you can choose from a handful (not much more) of pretty cool faces. But that’s about it. All the other functions pretty well suck.
@krdshrk Not really in the same league / class as today’s Meh offering, though (I had hopes based on your recommendations). Agree with the round format. I don’t mind getting a new ~$25 smart watch every year, because they always hold a charge for 5-7 days and if I break them at a rate of one per year, I am still spending less than I would on a single “quality” watch if it lasted 7 years (which none do). Currently wearing a Virmee VT3 Plus, which I would buy a 6-pack of if could still get them for $25. Sigh…
I’m still bitter about my Meh Olio watch. I could never buy another watch again after that disappointment.
Best looking, feeling and functioning watch ever and completely bricked by the manufacturers servers less than a month after it arrived making it the most beautiful paperweight I have ever owned.
These typically sell for $40 tax and Doty free on cruise ships. The reviews aren’t great but if for$20 it’s just a spiffy looking timepiece. I want a smart watch bur I’m not going to start with Samsung.
I’ve owned a couple of really cheap smart watches. This is definitely the best of the really cheap shady smart watches. If for no other reason than the charger has a little notch in it that helps it stay on. I like it. It’s nice but not so nice that someone stabs me at work to take it.
@Bloodshedder
I came here to ask just that! As a nurse I have been frustrated finding a watch with a sweep second hand for pulse/respiration counts. The one I did land on finally would show seconds … but the damn thing timed out every 10 seconds and went back to the holding screen, with no option to lengthen the amount of time!
Damn I wish my Martian watch still worked!
@railek@seespotbark Ha! My tax on the watch with discount was 11 cents less, for a $14.61 total. (8.25% Texas + local)
[Guessing your combined rate is 9%.]
I love that the bezel is marked to make it easier for some folks to convert to 24 clock (military) time. Which is only really useful if you have an analog face displayed!
@scottypotty It often takes several hours, or even overnight, for the initial charge to get to the point that the watch “wakes up”. If you’ve tried that without success, head over to meh.com/support and let them know what’s up.
Absolute garbage! Received package immediately plugged it in to charge (24 hours) battery life expected 4-5 days, Total time: 47 minutes of battery life. (Yes, I hooked it up correctly, yes it was plugged in)

Hey, I’ve been hoping Meh might offer some device to help me monitor my heart rate. And for a mere twenty bucks!
@gertiestn And I’ve been hoping for day after day of stuff that didn’t sell out during the most recent Meh-rathon!
when I think about you, iTouch my watch
@carl669 Nah, it’s supposed to be:
/youtube i touch myself
…but you knew that…
@carl669 What de watch bands made of? De vinyls.
@carl669 @phendrick Not De Vinyls, Silic One. It says so in the specs, but you may need specs to read 'em.
The watch may be smart, but can it love? There are plenty of smart watches but where are the emotionally intelligent watches? Huh?
@OnionSoup They were all recalled for being ahead of their time.
@OnionSoup Well, not many people will cling to you as tightly as a wrist watch.
@OnionSoup There is always Time Enough For Love
i bought one of these before, can’t really recommend it. it’s like something you’d win out of an expensive crane machine
Completely agree.

I don’t wear it anymore.
Oh, and the strap constantly annoyed me.
But de watch, she is genuine metal!
Android Wear since it came out with the LG G Watch. I prefer rounded watches and currently use a Skagen Falster Gen 6.

@Ebrake Maybe Meh can give us an Olio Watch Club mehmbership to go along with the Quip Toothbrush Club mehmbership.

Do any of the watch faces show seconds?
@Bloodshedder

I refer to these as “C-Plus Average” watches. Not smart, per se…
It’s cheaper on morning save ATM ($15, before any VMP discount).
@seespotbark thanks. $14.72 with tax after vmp discount

Interesting, the watch face shows the date and time of the next solar eclipse (in Australia time zone)
@james That’s just in case a mob of peasants with pitchforks and torches is getting ready to burn you at the stake on that date.

Would not charge or turn on

Mine was DOA. Meh gave me a refund, so there’s at least that
Worst watch I have ever owned. Has to be repaired every day. Complete waste of money.
@farbarb You’re still well inside the Meh 90-day warranty, head over to meh.com/support and let them know about the problem.
