Is Meh using AI to answer customer inquiries?
0I sent an inquiry as to why I’m being charged $9.60/month instead of the $4.99 I’ve been charged in the past. My membership says it started in 2024 but it started in 2017.
I got a response that my membership is now cancelled and the $8.99/month is because I signed up for it. What the heck, Meh??

Ok, so here’s the rub - We didn’t cancel your membership. Sorry for the confusion.
We phased out that membership program earlier this year.
We sent an email announcing the change to members. The older monthly rates no longer exist, so we can’t set you back to the old plan.
Keep an eye out for a new message from support with more details.
