IRK for ink?
14Hey! Wanted to see if the offer of a free IRK in exchange for hosting the meh logo on my foot is still good.
There was some confusion last time - about date/time verification, and mashed potatoes. Soooooo… this time I’ve included date/time verification, mashed potatoes (with peas), and a Nabaztag.
Please let me know if that’s not enough. I’m not certain what more you could want, but if it means a free IRK, I’m pretty much down for it (as long as it’s legal in the lower 48 - except Florida, 'cause that’s just crazy).

Hey all! You can cancel my freebie. My 11-year-old daughter (up waaaaaaay past her bedtime) and I just scored one legitimately.
The adrenaline rush was awesome! We only need the one, and are stoked to have won it fair and square.
And, I still love the ink.
WORKER BEES! HERCULES! TURKEY GREASE! AWESOME!
@Jasongb YAY!
Might as well hijack this thread for my own continuing entry. Observe, my exceptionally empty pandemic calendar:
This didn’t work for the April Fool’s IRK, so here’s hoping it works now.
You can’t April Fool me!
@TheMeerkat on the bright side…your calendar displays a lovely bayou scene…I bet NOW is an optimal time to hang out in a bayou…alone…just you and nature…self quarantining…beware the gators…they’re chompy
@TheMeerkat small reminder ping to @dave @Moose @ChadP
@TheMeerkat hey keep your pings to yourself pal
@dave @TheMeerkat Done and done.
@ChadP @dave thank
@Moose you got that website all fixed up yet?
@medz lol nah, I was working on it and then the business shut down so I’m fired until covid is over
@Moose sorry to hear that. Hang in there.
@Moose Hey, have I got a job for you! I need a good looking young guy to wash my windows, pour my ice tea, and to give Lady dog tummy rubs.
How about it? (It’s good to see you again.)
@Moose well that sucks big time!
/giphy Bravo!
IRKs were two weeks ago. Right?
@sammydog01 Darn. I thought they were in like… 15 minutes?
@Jasongb Maybe you can get one of those too, retroactively? You should ask.
Woah, haven’t seen a Nabaztag in ages. Wonder if I still have mine somewhere. Back at Woot we set it up to tell us when the site was down.
@shawn Duuuude they REVIVED it! You can buy a Raspberry Pi hat for it that replaces all the guts. The replacement O/S is written in Python, and has a pretty active GitHub community. Plus, someone wrote a C# adapter library for it! I’m going to get the bunny to act up whenever our system goes haywire at work, too.
Thank you.
@jasongb got you taken care of
Here you go! @ChadP
@raptorgorawr got you.
@ChadP Thanks!!
