IRK bags
12I love my IRK bags and use them whenever I shop at locations where I can bring my own bags. I am always hoping someone will comment and be a Mehmber of this community, but so far no go. Has anyone out there ever been recognized as a Mehtizen from your bag??

Yes. In June I was carrying around a black one at MD Anderson and someone (who worked there) said something. They did not, however, do the secret hand shake. Actually I didn’t think to do that either.
Yep. Twice actually. I don’t know that they’re active in here but two people have commented in Fredmeyer.
Nobody ever said anything when I used mine at Whole
PaycheckFoods. I brought my Meh pillow to an outdoor concert the other day and nothing there either.No one has ever recognized my bags. I’ve had a couple people notice that the bags say ‘Meh’ on them, kind of chuckle over the fact that the bag says ‘Meh’, and ask where/how I got bags that say ‘Meh’
I mentioned this before but when I was gathering boxes to move from local people on fb and cl I found one from Morningsave.
I have about 30 Meh shirts so naturally I wear them often. Since I joined in 2016 I have been stopped by several people actually. Most notable would be a trip to Carrollton TX where I was stopped twice in one day. Pretty sure one guy said something about working for meh, I was in an old school cranberry and mint meh shirt and he said he hadn’t seen that one in a while
@boredashell I was wearing a meh shirt to a college football game with about 25,000 other fans and as I was leaving one of the security guys pointed to my shirt and said “Good one!” But my guess is that’s in response to “meh” the word.
I use my to tote shit around a lot and have never had anybody stop me and say anything
On a similar vein, I realized today that there is more than one set of images on the IRK bags. My yellow and black have different print than the orange and beige, etc.
Are there only 2? Inquiring minds want to know.
I also discovered I have one Fk bag that is a different shape than the others, and no, not the backpack.
Intriguing
@Cerridwyn I had to check that so I spread all my bags out and my cat immediately came to take possession of them. I only noticed one that was different - the black one. That was my first, and I was sad because I thought I’d gotten a defective one when I saw the other pattern in photos. I finally realized one day that it had the other pattern on the back - duh!
I do think the design is brilliantly funny. My other favorite bag is this New Yorker one:
@Kyeh Would you mind giving the kitty a pet for me?
@yakkoTDI Always happy to give him a pat!
He enjoyed it and said "Thanks … I’ll give you an hour to stop that."
@Kyeh @yakkoTDI You are being held on to for dear life to make sure you don’t remove your hand LOL
Most of the people who know about Meh are probably in padded rooms or not allowed out without adult supervision.
@Felton10
or are providing such supervision
@Felton10 And which would be your situation (snicker)?
@Felton10 The shirt I wore to work a couple of days ago.
@blaineg Where did you get that shirt? I definitely need one…which I may or may not have to wear when I’m at camp (theoretically) chaperoning the middle school youth.
@blaineg @gt0163c Or this one
@blaineg @gt0163c @Kidsandliz
My favorite variation on this
@blaineg @gt0163c I got it from the evil empire. Well, one of them.

@Naine Thanks! I especially like the yellow color. That’s not a popular color for t-shirts at most sites.
@gt0163c @Naine Oops, SWMBO was logged in.
I wear my shirts regularly and wonder if someone “knows”.
Also I was watching a TV show the other night and two of the people started a new business (reality TV) the initials of the business are MEH and they had this big hand fan with their business initials and I was thinking two things…I wonder if anyone from here is watching this…and I love that great big fan maybe it will be in the next meh-a-thon…I wouldn’t use it…but I would buy it.
@sunnysideup22 I spoke wrong it wasn’t the initials of their business. But the fan they had was fun. Like I said…hoping to see it in a meh-a-thon.
No, but I’m not really what you would call…“approachable”.
No one has ever recognized my bags, but I do find women get very turned on when they see me carrying an IRK bag into Aldi’s. IRK bags are an instant aphrodisiac to the opposite sex.
@OnionSoup
Not once ever.
Not for Meh but I did find a wooter at Cedar Point amusement park in Sandusky Ohio. I had myself and the kids all in red Woot shirts for ease of finding them in a crowd. Someone in line noticed and Wooted.
I saw a young man wearing a Meh shirt and grinned. I didn’t talk to him. I did wonder if it was from here or random.
