I can't resist good food of any sort, and the one that sticks with me the most is a great sushi place in Tokyo. But if I can only pick one, I'd love to go to the best (insert sweet dessert here) restaurant.
When I used to live in a city with a very large Ethiopian population, I became quite accustomed to eating at said restaurants. Plates made of delicious spongy teff bread, all sorts of little niblets, and plenty of delicious veg options. So, while I voted 'all good food is good,' this would be my write-in vote.

One of each, please

Anything that's not purposefully vegetarian, don't have eggs or mayo can be good.
That being said, my pick is Sushi/Japanese.

My answer depends on whether I could repeat...
I still have dreams about that dim sum place in the Singapore mall.
