Did anyone else buy this, and get 2 duds? I have tried both and neither will charge my iPhone Xr even thought it’s listed as one of the phones it works with… argh!
@RiotDemon ok. So I updated my iPhone to iOS 13 which I hadn’t done yet, then took off the cover again and tried. It DOES work now but only when my phone has no cover on it and only with the back of the phone to the charger. Still does nothing when I lay it there front facing, even when case-less. Kind of weird. But at least now I know it does work but only with a naked phone.

@moonhat mine works great. Took me a minute to figure out the perfect height to get it to charge consistently.
@RiotDemon what am I doing wrong? I’ve even taken it out of the case and still nothing. So sad!

Have you tried laying it flat and moving the phone around to try and find the sweet spot?

@moonhat it only charges when the back touches. You can’t lay it face down.
Some cases are better than others. Mine works with a case.
