No basement here. (In Houston, we don’t do basements.) Also no deck. But we have multiple rooms with insufficient natural light, so anytime I need to work on something that requires flipping the breaker to “off”, I grab an LED light source from my absurd accumulation of such devices.
@werehatrack Seems like I read somewhere on the verified part of the internet that the Houston Ship Channel was the result of someone attempting adding a basement to their house plans. It just kept filling with water.
