@hchavers Wow. You’re even more of a lazy sloth than I am if your main exercise comes from nudging and winking. Dude, get off your ass a bit and do a little high energy… sitting…
I’m surprised no one else has mentioned this, but yoga!!! It’s changed my life! It’s low impact, easy to do, strengthens your mind and body, and it’s literally life-changing. It also makes you shredded-and it works fast! I stream instructional videos on Amazon Prime at home.
Combo of gym and outside. I try to get in 2-3 days a week of lifting, and I normally play ultimate frisbee 1-2 times a week between league and club team practice. I also play other sports and go hiking when invited.
Sitting on my ass on my chair, because all things are relative…

Biking.
Nudge, nudge, wink, wink, you know what I mean.

Golf, 3 times a week. (14,000 steps each day)
Crawling around under a raised floor, 4+ days a week (20,000+ steps those days).
Worrying.
@Barney
@gregormehndel Aw…
At the gym… that is in my garage.
Running around in circles, jumping to conclusions, and beating my head against brick walls.

At my local tavern, doing progressively lighter, 12 oz. wrist curls.
@cgobear69 Great workout tip: I could actually leave my house to do my wrist curls (I’m up to 16 oz.) to up my cardio!
