13Do you live near a Kroger or one of their affiliate stores? Kroger has started their March to Savings, Swish and Score basketball game (you must be registered with their plus card savings). I entered their similar contest last month and won four or five items – all wonderful, wonderful junk food.
You can play once each day. No talent required. Even a Barney can do it. Today I won some frozen appetizers. I used the purple basketball.

@sammydog01 I have found that I win best late at night or very early in the morning. Maybe fewer people are playing and it’s not so jammed up? Heck, I don’t know, maybe I’ve finally found something I’m good at.

I’ve been playing every day, different balls; won nothing.
@pooflady This is my second day this month to play and I won the appetizers.
Last month I won a vanilla Pepsi, a king size pack of Reese’s chocolates, a can of Pringles, and a can of Chunky soup.

Fun trivia: There’s a Jack Link factory in Alpena, South Dakota, and that’s where my maternal g’ma ‘n’ g’pa were born ‘n’ raised.

@sammydog01 No idea. Costs less than $2. I am not a fan of beef jerky but my kid is so I guess a win. Maybe.
@Kidsandliz It is one of those nasty meat sticks made from chicken lips and pig noses, with a healthy scoop of pig fat mixed in for swifter coronary plaque formation. They are truly unpleasant. I keep one in my emergency kit because you can use them as fish bait, or to aid in lighting a fire (actually, a magnifying glass will set it ablaze on a clear day).

I’m eating some of the cheese Bagel Bites, that I won, for dinner. I decided some sliced tomatoes might counter attack any artery clogging effects that I might receive. Maybe.
