Wait. What? There isn’t a website where you can find any fact you want, spun how you want it, even if it contradicts other so called facts? What good is this kind of internet if I can’t find that kind of facts?
@Kidsandliz There’s even a social platform devoted to alternate facts. There are even people that live their lives in a world constructed of alternate facts, used to prove alternate science, and many people say, are in an alternate reality.
Just to clarify… The point of this thread is to reasure all of us that the earth is indeed flat and that everything on the internet is not only true but everyone on earth already agrees on all of it…
@sicc574 You forgot about the porn. Crap. Did I say that out loud? Oops. My bad. I guess the “cat” is out of the bag, now.
The phrase “let the cat out of the bag” comes from medieval marketplaces where unscrupulous vendors would sell a chicken or hen, and instead put a cat in the bag or sack (keeping the chicken or hen to sell again over and over). The hope was you would get home before opening the bag and “let the cat out of the bag” as a surprise, finding out you were ripped off. TIL.
Yeah, sounds about right.
I came here with a conflicting opinion. Thank you for setting me straight. I now have a better understanding how the internet works.
@capguncowboy </sarcasm>
@capguncowboy Because sometimes you find people who completely miss the clear and obvious intent of a statement.
@capguncowboy @werehatrack Why don’t we have a sarcasm font yet.
Or is that Comic Sans?
I think that leaked over from a parallel multiverse…
Literally sums up my Twitter experience today
@tinamarie1974 Literally? You mean … someone was actually civil?
@Kyeh yup. But in fairness it was someone I chat w on the regular lol
@tinamarie1974
Oh - well, that’s still good!

@mike808 I heard on that platform gravity doesn’t work. Is that true?
@Kidsandliz Of course it works. Here is a simple thought experiment (Sorry, I can’t use crayons or Comic Sans here on this Intertube thingy):
If you fall of the edge of the Earth, you have to fall somewhere, right?
Gravity is what decides which direction that is, in accord with the Truths of an Intelligent Designer constructing the universe.
QED (Qanon-Entangled Definition)
@Kidsandliz @mike808 Have they ever offered an

excuseexplanation for this?@narfcake

always kind of liked this one too…
@Kidsandliz @mike808
I don’t believe that. We all know what the internet was really made for:

While I’m at it, another Meh product suggestion?

Did I get it right???

I have had people stop and ask me if this is a genuine issue…
@werehatrack And now I’m wondering if I should put it on a T-shirt…
@werehatrack
So MORE people could bother you?
@werehatrack There’s dihydrogen monoxide involved here, right?
@werehatrack Sticker or shirt, I like it!
