Ordered an air fryer. Address was wrong. Immediately send help request. Boxed response 1-2 business days. Now they have shipped to the wrong address. Sent another help request. Same bs response. Really?
Hey @JDSimone523 please check your inbox (spam and junk folders too). We’ve sent a reply your way.
Our typical turnaround time is within 2 business days, like the robot said though.
I understand the two-day turnaround. I would think that an order would not ship if there is a pending problem with the order. There is nothing in my spam/junk folders. Who do you ship through so perhaps we can get things corrected in transit?
In the future if you note an issue immediately, you can cancel your order within one hour of placing it, so cancelling and reordering is probably the smoothest way to get that done.
@djslack Of course, you have to grok that issue within an hour, and of course that’s within an hour of whenever you place your order… sometimes we can place an order at midnight but don’t snap to the problem until later that day… and oh, well, tough shit, you’re out of luck by then, even though the order doesn’t actually end up getting shipped for a week or more, later. All in all, I think I prefer the grody Bezos place. At least most of their returns are prepaid.
@cbl_wv@djslack Someone has to pay for free return shipping and I’m pretty sure it’s all Amazon customers and not Bezos personally. If that sounds good go for it.
A: If it’s damaged, defective, or just DOA, we’ll either refund or replace it at our discretion. Just fill out our support form and tell us all about it.
We DO NOT accept returns if you just decided you didn’t want it, don’t like the color, or just feeling a little buyer’s remorse. You might try eBay - with as cheap as you probably got it, you could even end up making a little off it. Or hone your reputation for generosity by giving it to someone a little less picky.
So if you get it and it worked then breaks… IF the warranty is by the MFG you would then go through their process (usually listed by link at the top of the “discussion” page for that product)…
if the warranty is a “meh warranty” you would then contact meh support and give it a couple days, more if every other comment in the product thread is bemoaning the product (due to sheer volume ).
@thismyusername I’ve had occasion where I received a bum BT speaker. Meh replaced it, no problem. I also got a couple T-Shirts that were damaged in shipping, replaced in one case, refunded in another.
@therealjrn same, they are extremely reasonable just not the fastest… that lack of speed makes people nervous these days, especially with a website with a forum full of us odd balls.

@JDeSimone523 best to respond to the email that was sent out. Support doesn’t check this often.
As for shipper, newgistics.

Meh Warranty Information
TLDR; You don’t, but they are legit, just give them time.
