As a stay-at-home mom, it's just another day for me. I guess there's trying to figure out where to put all the new toys for the kids... And maybe sorting out the ones the older one doesn't play with anymore!
Today is no different than any other day. Except it's gonna rain. Rain is good here in Southern California. I always like the rain. And since we see so little of it....I'm looking forward to using one of my way cool umbrellas.
The one with the white Mickey Mouse gloves, head and shorts that change color when wet...
The one that lights up...
Or the old one that I got at one of the shops at the Disneyland Hotel before they added Disney's California Adventure. It was close to the Monorail Cafe...
@lisaviolet That is cool even though it's not purple. May you get enough rain so that you can use all of your umbrellas, but not so much that it causes any flooding. Have fun!

Finishing up a week of on call... so I'm going with drinking too much. Which means more than zero. Hooray!

The reality is I shut down my lab from Thursday until the 4th. But my animald need me to check in tomorrow. Half days aren't to bad.
My kid's birthday is new years eve. I spend the week preparing for his birthday.

@Barney No, it's black with white lights. It just looks purple.
What's really cool is you can set how the lights work. Always on, twinkle or fade.
