All of the above. Dove body wash. Whatever lotion is nearest to me when I need it. And lip balm, also whatever is nearest. The Dove has seemed to help the most. I hate the hand soap at work because it really dries my hands out. But I have lotion and lip balm everywhere!

Or, in other words, I’ve dealt more with acne than with dry skin. (which isn’t to imply that you can’t struggle with both)
I guess, ideally, adulthood lasts a lot longer than adolescence. So it’s probably a good trade to get zitful teen years in place of decades of dry adult skin.
Vaseline/Eucerin. Dermatologist said it’s the best thing for me, especially just after a shower. Sometimes prescription creme stuff when the eczema gets really out of hand.
Lotion…and increase my fluid intake. it usually means I’m not drinking enough liquids.
Humidifiers.
I don’t; it just flakes off by itself.
I drink some water instead of beer. Yeah, pretty harsh measures.

I don’t get dry skin during the winter. I’m greasy all year long.
Rub it off while taking a hot shower cause it’s cold.

I live in a place with 80-90% humidity during the winter. I don’t tend to get dry skin.
